721.16 PICKETING BY NONEMPLOYEES OR NONMEMBERS.

(a) No person, not being an employee or a member of a labor union representing employees involved in a strike, lockout or labor dispute with an employer, shall picket any other person during such strike, lockout or labor dispute.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
