(a) Unless religion or national origin is a bona fide occupational qualification for particular employment, no person seeking employment shall publish or cause to be published in a newspaper or magazine an advertisement that specifies or indicates his race, color, religion or national origin or that expresses a preference or limitation as to the race, color, religion or national origin of a prospective employer.
(b) This section does not apply to an advertisement for employment in the domestic service of the employer.

(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a first offense; for a second or subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
