561.99 PENALTY.

(b) Whoever fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of any conciliation agreement entered into or ordered by the Fair Housing Commission pursuant to Section 561.06 shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned no more than six months or both.
