(a) No person shall discharge any air gun, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol or other firearm within the corporate limit of the municipality, except on premises zoned A-2 General Agricultural.
(b) No person shall discharge any air gun, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol or other firearm within the corporate limit of the municipality, except on premises zoned A-2 General Agricultural and in a manner that is safe or with due regard for the safety of persons or property.
(c) No person shall discharge any air gun, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol or other firearm within the corporate limit of the municipality, except on premises zoned A-2 General Agricultural who is not an owner or resident of the premise.
(d) This section does not apply when firearms are used in self defense, in discharge of official duty or when otherwise legally authorized.
(e) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
