529.10 SALE OR HANDLING OF LIQUOR BY MINORS.
   (a)   No holder of a permit authorizing the sale of intoxicating liquor shall permit any person under twenty-one years of age to sell, serve, pour, draw or dispense intoxicating liquor or to handle the same in or about the permit premises except that a person eighteen years of age or older employed by a permit holder may handle intoxicating liquor in sealed containers in connection with wholesale or retail sales, manufacturing, storage, warehousing, placement or delivery, and in open containers in connection with cleaning tables or handling empty bottles or glasses.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
