529.09 MINORS IN LIQUOR ESTABLISHMENTS.
   (a)   No holder of a permit authorizing the sale of beer, wine or intoxicating liquor and no holder of a night club permit, except holders of F permits, shall permit any minor under eighteen years of age to take part, in any manner, in any floor show or entertainment staged or held in or about the permit premises or allow a minor to furnish entertainment for guests or patrons, in any manner or by any means requiring the physical presence of such minor or in or about such permit premises. Ignorance or mistaken belief on the part of the proprietor as the minor's age shall not be considered a defense; the violation shall be determined wholly by the presence and actual age of such minor.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
