525.15 FAILURE OF COMPLAINANT TO TESTIFY.

(a) No person, being a complainant who has secured the arrest of a person, shall refuse or fail to testify in the prosecution of the person. (Ord. 3639. Passed 11-12-34.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
