505.01 HARBORING CERTAIN ANIMALS.

(a) No person shall harbor cattle, sheep, geese, ducks, turkeys, chickens or other fowl within city corporation limits, with the exception of Agricultural Zoned areas or properties 5 acres or more.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
