355.01 DEFINITIONS.

   (a)   “Non-criminal parking infraction” means a violation of Chapter 351, 353 or 355 of the Massillon Codified Ordinances.

   (b)   “Vehicle” has the same meaning as in Section 4511.01 of the Ohio Revised Code.

   (c)    “Municipal Court” means the Massillon Municipal Court.

   (d)   “Bureau” means the City Of Massillon Parking Violations Bureau.
