Off-street parking lots No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 shall be unattended. However, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday of each week, such lots shall be policed by meter maids or members of the Police Department to enforce the rules and regulations governing the operation of such lots, including, but not limited to, issuing citations for illegal parking and ordering the towing of illegally parked vehicles.
