The application for every such license shall be in writing, and shall state the name of the owner or owners and, if a corporation, the names of the officers and directors of the corporation proposing to operate the same; the name and address of the manager; the address of the location where the business is to be operated and the hours which the same will be open, together with any other information which may be required by the City Clerk and the Chief of Police in determining the fitness of the applicant to operate such business.
