Sec. 78-182. Operation on crosswalks, sidewalks, pedestrian malls, bike lanes.
(a)   A cyclist driving across a roadway upon a crosswalk shall not exceed a walking or pedestrian speed.
(b)   A person shall not drive a bicycle along a sidewalk or upon a pedestrian mall in the central business district or in other appropriately signed areas.
(c)   Where a useable and designated bike lane or bikeway is provided parallel to or as part of the roadway or adjacent to the roadway, such bike lane or bikeway shall be used by the cyclist instead of the roadway.
