PART I CHARTER OF MASON, MICHIGAN*
PART II CODE OF ORDINANCES
Sec. 18-2. Nonpartisan election.
A nonpartisan city primary election shall be held on the date prescribed by state statute for the holding of primary elections, and in all other respects shall comply with the provisions of chapter 3 of the Charter.
