(a) No license under this division shall be granted until the applicant has filed with the city clerk a bond and has paid fees, for peddler, solicitor, or transient merchants, in the following amounts:
(1) On foot:
a. Per day . . . . . $7.50
b. Per month . . . . . 30.00
c. Per year . . . . . 100.00
(2) With vehicle:
a. Annual fee . . . . . 100.00
b. Plus per person, annual fee . . . . . 7.50
c. Indemnity bond . . . . . 750.00
d. Rug merchant indemnity bond . . . . . 1,250.00
e. Concessionaire indemnity bond . . . . . 750.00
(b) Such bond shall be conditioned upon the applicant's faithful performance of all contracts and fulfillment of all warranties and representations made in connection with the business of the applicant for which the license is sought, and compliance with all provisions of this article.
