Any person who shall willfully obstruct, resist, hinder, or delay any official in the exercise of his or her duties pursuant to Public Act No. 390, 1976, this chapter, or the support emergency operations plan adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as provided by section 1-8(e) of this Code.
