(A) The Commission may elect other voting members as officers as they desire and as will serve their needs and all such officers, including the Chairperson, shall be entitled to vote upon all matters coming before the Commission.

(B) The terms of office of the officers of the Commission shall be for one year and they shall be elected to serve at the first regular meeting in May of each year.
