§ 154.100 PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE.
   (A)   Before submitting a preliminary plat, the subdivider should obtain and study a copy of the Zoning and Land Subdivision Control Code. After review of the codes, he or she is encouraged to confer with the Village Building and Zoning Administrator, the Planning Commission, county officials and officials of other units of government which would be affected by the proposed subdivision to initiate pre-planning activities and to obtain information and guidance before entering into binding commitments or incurring substantial expense in the preparation of detailed plans, surveys and other data.
   (B)   A sketch plan is extremely useful at this stage.
