§ 32.22 APPOINTMENT AND MEMBERSHIP.

The Commission shall be composed of 11 members, appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Village Board. The members of the Commission shall be residents of the village. No member of the Commission shall be an elected official of the village, except that the Mayor, the Mayor’s appointed Trustee and the Planning Commission Chairperson shall be non-voting, ex-officio members of the Commission.
