All streets and alleys shall be improved in accordance with typical roadway sections per applicable portions of the Subdivision Code to meet the current street standards as set forth in Table 3-A located at the end of this chapter. The extent of the improvements of the existing street will be determined by the Village Board of Trustees upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission.
