Land shall be subdivided/developed in such a way that each lot abuts a dedicated public street meeting the requirements of § 154.045. All side lot lines shall be at right angles to straight street right- of-way lines or radial to curved street right-of-way lines, except where a deviation from this rule will provide a better street and lot design.
