§ 153.04 MISCELLANEOUS RESTRICTIONS; LOT SIZE.
   (A)   The minimum lot size for a mobile home pad shall be 10,400 square feet, with a minimum frontage of 80 feet.

   (B)   (1)   No mobile home parked in a mobile home park shall be immobilized.
      (2)   Not more than one mobile home shall be parked in one space.
      (3)   No travel-trailer shall be permitted in any mobile home park.
