Major amendments to stormwater drainage and detention or erosion and sediment control plans shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator and shall be processed and approved or disapproved in the same manner as the original plans. Field modification of a minor nature may be authorized by the Zoning Administrator by written authorization to the permittee.
