Unless otherwise provided for herein, no motor vehicle which is in a state of major disassembly, disrepair or which is being stripped or dismantled shall be permitted on any property located within a residential or a non-residential district unless the property is licensed for the use. The major repair or demolition of motor vehicles shall not be permitted in residential areas.
