The offering of two or more motor vehicles for sale at the same time on private property located within a residential area is prohibited. At no time and under no circumstances is the offering for sale of a junk vehicle or the sale of vehicle parts permitted in open areas on private property unless the property upon which it is situated is licensed by the village to permit such sale. For the purpose of this section, a “for sale” sign posted upon or adjacent to a motor vehicle constitutes an offering for sale and is prohibited unless specifically allowed herein.
