All loading and delivery areas, automobile service stations and drive-in food establishments shall be paved with bituminous, concrete or equivalent surfacing and shall be free from dirt, gravel, and other litter. The paved areas of the establishments shall be kept in good repair. Exterior lighting of commercial establishments shall be installed in such a manner so as to avoid illumination of residential areas as much as possible.
