§ 151.031 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   UNLAWFUL STRUCTURE.
      (1)   One found in whole or in part to be occupied by more persons than is permitted by the village code.
      (2)   One determined to have been erected, altered or occupied contrary to the village code.
