(A) Whoever violates any provisions of this title for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $750.
(B) Any person or entity convicted of a violation § 135.05 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each and every violation thereof. Every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
