(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) For violation of provisions of this code, subject to judicial procedures, penalties shall be chargeable to the franchisee as follows:
(1) For purportedly transferring the franchise without approval: $750 per day for each violation for each day the violation continues.
(2) For violation of customer service standards: $100 per violation for each day the violation continues.
(3) For all other material violations for which actual damages may not be ascertainable: $750 per day for each violation for each day the violation continues.
