(A) The village reserves the right to regulate service and equipment rates to the maximum degree permitted by applicable state and federal law.
(B) (1) Each franchisee shall comply with all such regulation provisions that the village may adopt and all federal laws regarding rates.
(2) Failure to comply shall constitute a material violation of a franchise.
