§ 116.100 VOLUMINOUS MATERIALS.
   (A)   If any books, records, maps or plans or other requested documents are too voluminous, or for security reasons cannot be moved, then a franchisee may request that the inspection take place at some other location outside the county, provided that the franchisee must pay all reasonable travel expenses incurred by the village in inspecting those documents or having those documents inspected by its designee.
   (B)   Any payments made by the franchisee hereunder are not a franchise fee and fall within one or more of the exceptions in 47 USC § 542(g)(2).
