§ 116.023 EMINENT DOMAIN.
   (A)   Nothing herein shall be deemed or construed to impair or affect, in any way or to any extent, the village’s power of eminent domain.
   (B)   The village may exercise its right of eminent domain on behalf of a franchisee consistent with ILCS Chapter 65, Act 5, § 11-42-11.
