(A) The annual fee for any such license shall be $10 per year or part thereof for each table.
(B) All license fees shall be payable in advance and in no case shall any portion of the license fee be refunded to the licensee.
(C) The license period shall be the fiscal year of the village and all applications for renewal shall be made to the Village Treasurer not more than 30 days, but not less than 15 days prior to the expiration of the license.
