(A) No person shall operate, maintain or conduct a billiard, pool or bagatelle or pigeonhole table open to the public, including members of any organized social or fraternal club or organization without having first obtained a license therefor as is herein required.
(B) Application for license shall be verified by oath or affidavit and contain the information specified in § 110.01.
