§ 110.07 BUILDING AND PREMISES.

(A) No license shall be issued for the conduct of any business and no permit shall be issued for any purpose or activity if the premises and building to be used for the purpose do not fully comply with all applicable ordinances and regulations of the municipality and the state.

(B) No license or permit shall be issued for the conduct of any business or performance of any act which would involve a violation of the zoning code and/or other applicable regulations of the municipality.
