(A) Any party aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Administrator may appeal to the Village Board. The appeal shall be taken by filing, with the Village Clerk within five days of the decision, a written statement indicating the basis for the appeal.
(B) The appeal shall be heard by the Village Board at the next regular or special meeting after the filing. Their findings shall be conclusive and if a nuisance is found to exist, it shall be ordered abated within a time reasonable under the circumstances.
