(A) Driveways across sidewalks shall be constructed in compliance with § 154.021 (Sidewalk Construction).
(B) Driveways shall be constructed with two-inch depth pre-molded expansion joints placed adjacent to the back of the curb at the edge of the public street and the location where any part of the driveway is adjacent to a building structure.
(C) Driveways within public street right-of-way shall be constructed with a minimum thickness of at least six inches of concrete in accordance with § 154.021 (Sidewalk Construction).
