(A) No driveway shall be so constructed or graded on public property, including street right-of-way, that does not conform to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) adopted by the U.S. Department of Justice.
(B) The grade shall be the same as that of the adjoining sidewalk.
(C) It shall be unlawful to have the surface finish of any driveway where the same crosses the sidewalk constructed of the materials as to render it slippery and hazardous to pedestrians or to have the grade of the portion vary from the grade of the sidewalk or be other than level.
