§ 30.64 SPECIAL MEETINGS; VOTE NOT TO BE RECONSIDERED.
   No vote of the Village Board shall be reconsidered or rescinded at any special meeting thereof unless, at the special meeting, there are present as large a number of Village Board members as were present when the vote was taken.
