(A) The fee for the permit(s) shall be as follows.
(B) However, the Village Board may waive the fees in this section.
(1) Excavation in asphalt or Portland cement concrete pavement or surface: not to exceed $.50 per square foot.
(2) Excavation in brick pavement or surface: not to exceed $.50 per square foot.
(3) Excavation in oil treated street surface: not to exceed $.50 per square foot.
(4) Excavation in untreated or unimproved street or surface: not to exceed $.50 per square foot.
