§ 30.47 TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF RULES; AMENDMENT.
   These rules may be temporarily suspended by a vote of two-thirds of the corporate authorities entitled by law to be elected and shall not be repealed, altered or amended unless by concurrence of two-thirds of all the corporate authorities entitled by law to be elected.
