(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates or aids and abets in the violation of §§ 90.15 through 90.27 is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $750, and shall be required, by the Court, to make a disposition on the abandoned or unclaimed vehicle and pay all towing and storage charges pursuant to §§ 90.15 through 90.27.
