   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation or entity violating this schedule shall be subject to a fine of no less than $50 nor more than $750 in accordance with § 70.99 of the Village of Maryville Code, plus any costs associated with the towing and impounding of the vehicle in violation of this schedule.
