§ 71.101 DRIVING UPON SIDEWALK OR CURB.
   (A)   No person shall drive any vehicle upon a curb, sidewalk, or sidewalk area except upon a permanent or duly authorized temporary driveway.
   (B)   This section does not apply to any vehicle moved exclusively by human power nor to any motorized wheelchair.
