Any hotel, motel, or extended-stay hotel operated, conducted, or maintained contrary to the provisions of this chapter may be declared to be unlawful and a public nuisance. The Village of Maryville may, in addition, or in lieu of all other remedies, commence actions or proceedings for abatement, removal or enjoinment thereof, in the manner provided by state law and this code.
