§ 121.11 COMMON AREA AND PARKING ILLUMINATION REQUIREMENTS.

The open parking area and all areas surrounding any building or proposed building being a hotel, motel, or extended-stay hotel shall comply with all requirements related to illumination levels set forth in the land usage and zoning regulations of this code, within one year of the effective date of this chapter.
