§ 121.01 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.

(A) Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to establish regulations, standards, and procedures for the operation and maintenance of operating a hotel in the Village of Maryville.

(B) Conflicts with other ordinances. This chapter supersedes all ordinances or parts of ordinances adopted prior hereto that are in conflict herewith, to the extent of such conflict.
