§ 138.11 GENERAL PROHIBITION.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use, possess, sell, distribute or deliver any substance known as synthetic marijuana or a mixture of herbs and spices that is typically sprayed with synthetic chemical compounds of HU-210, HU-211, JWH-018, and JWH-073 as defined in this chapter.
