§ 97.99 PENALTY.

Any person who commits the act prohibited herein shall be guilty of a village ordinance violation and shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code. Further, the Village Attorney may bring an action to enjoin any person from violating this chapter and seek an order from the Circuit Court ordering the violator to abate any violations of this chapter.
