§ 151.054.5 PAYMENT BY OWNER.
   Upon payment by the owner of the lien costs and expense after notice of the lien has been filed, the village shall release the lien, and the release may be filed of record by the owner of the underlying parcel at his or her sole expense as in the case of filing notice of lien.
