§ 131.05 FISHING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall fish on any village owned lake except as allowed within this section.
   (B)   Fishing on village owned lakes is regulated as follows:
      (1)   Drost Park Lake. Fishing is allowed, but subject to the following limits:
         (a)   Largemouth bass - six fish per day; five under 14 inches and one over 16 inches;
         (b)   Bluegill - 25 fish per day;
         (c)   Crappie - ten fish per day; and
         (d)   Channel Catfish - six per day.
   (C)   No fish shall be transferred from any source into any lake owned by the village except as authorized and approved by the Village Board.
